Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all sponsors of FreePublicAPIs.com. By becoming a sponsor, you agree to abide by these terms.

Effective Date: 12.09.2024

Cancellation and Renewal Policy

1. Automatic Renewal:

   All sponsorships on FreePublicAPIs.com will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled by the sponsor or by FreePublicAPIs.com.

2. Cancellation by Sponsor:

   Sponsors may cancel their sponsorship at any time by providing notice via email or through their account settings. Upon cancellation, the sponsorship will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew for the following month.

3. Cancellation by FreePublicAPIs.com:

   FreePublicAPIs.com reserves the right to cancel any sponsorship at its discretion, at any time, for any reason. In such cases, the sponsorship will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and will not renew for the following month.

4. Refund Policy:

   Sponsorships cannot be refunded after they have started, as the services are considered delivered once the ad placement goes live.

Sponsorship Levels and Visibility

1. Gold Sponsor, Silver Sponsor, Bronze Sponsor:

   • These sponsorships grant ad placements on the FreePublicAPIs.com main page and across all category pages where no specific category sponsor has been purchased.
   • Each sponsor can include an emoji, title, url and text with a maximum length of 50 words. If the text exceeds this limit, FreePublicAPIs.com reserves the right to shorten it.

2. API Sponsor:

   • The API Sponsor will have exclusive ad placement on over 300 API pages on FreePublicAPIs.com.
   • The sponsor can provide an emoji, url and text with a maximum length of 30 words, which may be shortened if it exceeds the limit.

3. Category Sponsor:

   • The Category Sponsor receives the top ad position on one specific category page.
   • Only one sponsorship per category is available. Sponsors can include an emoji, title, url and text with a maximum length of 50 words. FreePublicAPIs.com reserves the right to shorten the text if it exceeds the limit.
   • If you mistakenly purchase a sponsorship for a category that has already been taken, FreePublicAPIs.com will refund you in full. However, there is no guarantee or right to the sponsorship if it has already been purchased by another sponsor.

Payment and Billing

1. Billing Cycle:

   Sponsorships are billed on a monthly basis. Payments must be made via the payment methods accepted by FreePublicAPIs.com and have to be paid in advance.

Sponsorship Modifications

FreePublicAPIs.com reserves the right to modify the content, placement, and pricing of sponsorships at any time. Sponsors will be notified of any significant changes to their sponsorship and may cancel their sponsorship if the changes are not agreeable.

Sponsorship Content

1. FreePublicAPIs.com reserves the right to approve the content of any sponsored advertisement before publication.
2. Sponsored content must comply with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines and must not be misleading, inappropriate, or offensive. FreePublicAPIs.com reserves the right to reject any content that does not meet these standards.

Liability

FreePublicAPIs.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the placement of sponsored content or the use of this service.

Changes to These Terms

FreePublicAPIs.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and sponsors will be notified of any significant changes.
